Ingredients

  • 2 ham steaks
  • tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey / maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions 

  1. Pat ham steak dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix 1½ tbsp unsalted butter,2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp honey / maple syrup, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  2. In a large skillet, melt 1½ tbsp unsalted butter over medium heat. Add glaze and ham steak.
  3. Reduce heat to medium low and flip frequently for 4-10 minutes, until glaze is thick and syrupy, and coating the ham well. Serve while hot.
