Equipment

  • 1 scale (or shot glass)
  • 1 cup for drinking
  • 1 microwave safe dish (for honey syrup)

Ingredients

  • ¼ oz water (for honey syrup)
  • ¼ oz honey
  • 2 oz gin
  • 2 oz water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. Make your honey syrup by combining ¼ oz water and ¼ oz honey. Heat for a couple seconds so that the honey mixes in to the water. Put syrup in fridge of freezer to chill
  2. Add 2 oz gin, 2 oz water, 2 tsp lemon juice, and ½ oz of the honey syrup you just made to serving cup or shaker.
  3. Optional: Add ice or herb garnish
